I started going to Lynn’s Gong Meditations roughly 8 years ago. The gift she offers with in her meditations, I feel is VERY profound. If nothing else, I sleep well for days. An amazing sovereign woman who is an experienced Sound Healer, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She offers sound healing in and around the Kingston area.
